Edison Group is a real living wage employer and since our inceptions have been paying all team members above the real living wage.
However as a new business we are keen to become certified and are working with the Living Wage Foundation and are in the process of publicly committing to pay the real living wage indefinitely as well as supporting the work of the Living Wage Foundation.
In general employers commitment to paying the living wage is strong, and the experience of most living wage employers is positive. We would encourage all employers to sign up the paying the living wage and make their team members lives easier and show that they are seen as an important part of the organisation.
